Description
Tray for cheese making and draining
This solid plastic tray is particularly well suited for use in cheese making. It can be used as a work tray, draining tray or collection tray when handling cheeses, where a watertight, stable and easy-to-clean tray is needed.
The flat base and the upright sides make the tray practical for draining, storage and the temporary placement of cheeses during the process.
Food-grade and robust construction
The tray is made from impact-resistant, dimensionally stable white plastic material that is approved for food contact. This makes it suitable for use in connection with cheese making as well as other food tasks, e.g. as a thawing tray for frozen foods.
Can also be used for sprouting and microgreens
Besides cheese making, the tray can be used as a sprouting tray for wheatgrass, micro greens (microgreens) and other sprouts. The watertight base makes it suitable for controlled watering and the collection of excess water, and it is also handy for standing herb pots with germinating seeds in.
Suitable for sorting and teaching
The all-white surface provides a good contrast background, which makes the tray suitable for sorting and observing plant material and samples in science and biology teaching. It can also be used as a photo tray, dissection tray or for use in physics and biology classrooms.
