Items in stock are dispatched within 1–2 working days, and you'll receive a track & trace link as soon as your parcel has been sent. Special-order items have a longer delivery time, which is always stated on the product page. Choose delivery to a parcel shop or to your address with GLS or PostNord.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and shown in your cart before you pay – so you know the cost in advance.

You can pay securely with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The amount is only charged when your order is dispatched. Businesses and institutions can pay by invoice/EAN.

Yes. You have 30 days to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, however, we cannot accept returns of opened cultures or foodstuffs. Email us at info@hjemmeproduktion.dk and we'll send you return instructions.

Our 'Getting started' kits contain everything you need for your first batch, including step-by-step instructions. If you're unsure, call us on +45 6267 1447 or drop us a line – we make it all ourselves and are happy to help you get off to a good start.

Yes, we've done so since 1986. Create a business account to get your prices, easy reordering and the option to pay by invoice/EAN. Contact us for quotes or larger quantities.

Contact us as soon as possible at info@hjemmeproduktion.dk with your order number and, ideally, a photo. You have a 2-year statutory warranty, and we'll always find a solution.
