Description
Digital hydrometer designed to measure the sugar content of must and juice before and during the brewing process, and to measure the alcohol content of spirits with no added sugar or flavourings. The result is shown within 5 seconds.
The sugar content, which is normally measured with an Oechsle hydrometer/saccharometer/hydrometer (item number 3012), can be measured digitally with this device throughout the brewing process.
The second built-in function provides accurate measurement of the alcohol content of spirits with no added sugar or flavourings.
Operated via an app on an iOS or Android smartphone. Requires Bluetooth.
Very easy to use. 2 ml of liquid is drawn through the device using a syringe and tube, and the app shows the reading.
